With the widespread availability of high speed Internet and HD TV, due to prevent I/O high-speed transmission noise, the ESD suppressor need to select a lower capacitance value, in order for noise problem caused by the high capacitance. So, the low capacitance product is developed accordingly. SFI’s ULC series, specially designed for high-speed transmission of sensitive devices, through limited surge voltage and absorb energy to protect circuit system from overvoltage damaged reliably.
