Parameter Unit Description (Definition)
Working Voltage V(max) Maximum continuous working voltage: within working temperature, the max. AC volt (RMS) loaded at both ends of component or DC voltage.
Breakdown Voltage V(1mA) At current (1mA), the terminal voltage of component, known as breakdown voltage.
Clamping Voltage V(1A) Loaded with standard current at waveform 8/20us, the maximum voltage of both ends.
Surge Current A The allowed maximum pulse current through components (at 10/700us)
Surge Voltage A The allowed maximum pulse voltage through components ( at 10/700us, 40 ohm)
Non-linear Coefficient (α)   To meet with I-V curve, I1 & I2, V1 & V2, α= log I2/ I1/ logV2/ V1.
Leakage current uA To measure the leakage current at max. continuous working voltage.
Capacitance pF The existed capacitance of component (Typical)
Response Time ns Time for component operation
