SHV Series- the main application is for surge protection for LED lighting.

Test Standards:
According to the standard IEC61000-4-5, the requirements are 1.20x50us waveform (8x20us waveform) surge wave form, but some countries take different surge waveform as test standard.

Waveform & Impedance:

(1) 1.2x50us and 8x20us (combination)
2 ohm: usually used in power L-N (called line to line)
12 ohm: usually used in power L-N to PE (called line to ground)

1) Line to Ground (L-PE、N-PE ): it is Common Mode.
2) Line to Line (L-NL): it is Differential Mode. Schematic Circuit:
