Max working voltage:
When the maximum operating voltage is allowed to use the maximum voltage.
Leakage Current:
At normal working condition of devices, the tiny current through body is only about a few μA generally. The so-called normal working condition means the device under normal operating voltage (Working Voltage), that is, when the device in the pre-breakdown situation, the impedance value is extremely large considered as an insulator, so only a tiny current flows.
Max Clamping Voltage:
The working voltage of devices.
Max Clamping Voltage:
The maximum clamping voltage measured at a specified pulse current and waveform.
Capacitance value:
the measurement at 1MHz condition
